My country isn't supported?

  • Cryptitan supports almost all countries and fiat currencies. You'll have to add the currency and bank account(s) for the countries you choose to support in the admin panel’s payment tab. The user’s country and currency preference should also match what you have set to support. You should check the account settings of the user to confirm that. If you still have issues with countries support, please create a support ticket.
